Talk to us  1-1 or attend a group webinar to get all of your questions answered.   This step is VERY low key.  We don’t believe in sales pressure, we just answer your questions about product, pricing and process.  We’ll demo for any team members you want so everyone knows what we do.   We can even put you in touch with existing customers.

Once you’re convinced you want to give it a go, we need to get some paperwork in place to protect your student data.  The pilot has no cost and no limits.  This will include contract review, security, accessibility, etc.  We always pass this step with flying colors.  This will also include our commitment to a price point for after the pilot so you can budget without surprises.

At this point, we treat you like a normal customer so you can experience what working with us is like.   We’ll plan out training for your faculty, feedback mechanisms, data gathering, etc.  We strive to make this as little work on you as possible and that never ends…just expect us to be there every semester.

Towards the end of the term, we help you gather data and you decide if you want to move forward.  If you decide not, just shoot us an email saying “thanks, but not now” and we’ll get you wrapped up.  If you do want to move forward, nothing else is required.
